We like our devices to be customized and personalized. Well, here is good news for users of various Apple devices who have jailbroken their devices. You can now customize your jailbroken iPhone, iPad & iPod Touch. One thing you can change is the boot logo. For example, you do not like the Greenpois0n animated logo after jailbreaking our iOS device using Greenpois0n and want the Apple boot logo then here is a simple way to change it thanks to the BootLogo Addon available in Cydia. Here is the complete steps that you should follow to change the boot logo:

  • Launch Cydia from your jailbroken iOS device’s home screen.
  • Click on the Sections Tab.
  • Click on Addons (BootLogo), which can be found on the list.
  • Click on the Apple Logo from the list of Addons.
  • Click the Install button, which is located on the upper right hand corner.
  • Click on the Confirm button.
  • After you have successfully installed the Addon, you will be prompted to Restart SpringBoard. Click on this option to proceed.
  • You still need to change the settings so launch on the Settings app and click on the BootLogo option.
  • You will see a list of Boot logos options installed in your iOS device.
  • Click on the Apple Logo under Built In.

And you are done. That’s it! You will see the Apple Logo when you restart your iPhone instead of the Greenpois0n animated logo. You can also use this method to change the boot logo to anything else.
