Steve Jobs’ Legacy to Come True
Posted by iunlock on Thursday Oct 27, 2011 Under NewsApple’s upcoming products will bear Steve Jobs’ vision.
After the public came into terms with Steve Jobs’ death the other day, his greatness will be relived in so many ways.
Steve Jobs is one of the great minds behind Apple and the public is wondering, without Steve, who will protect us from the mediocrity?
It seems that Apple’s roadmap until the near future is already set.
According to Japanese carrier Softbank president Masayoshi Son, Steve’s vision will be seen not only in the recently launched iPhone 4S but in the next generation of iPhone as well – iPhone 5.
In a correspondence with Reuters, Son said, “even after [Jobs'] death the work that he spearheaded will come out to the world”.
Jobs will play one of the key roles in the production of other revolutionary Apple products. The introduction of the new iPhone 4S was met with criticisms as Apple did not live with the expectations of many people who were hoping for the mythical iPhone 5.
The best example of Apple’s strong future product roadmap is Mac’s Power PC to Intel transition at WWDC ‘05.
“Mac OS X has been leading a secret double life, for the past five years. Every release of Mac OS X has been compiled for both Power PC and Intel. This has been going on for the last five years,” Steve Jobs said.
So most probably the iPhone that succeeds iPhone 4S would have Steve Jobs’ personal touches, and so would a number of other future Apple products. Now, there are claims that if the mythical iPhone 5 will be realized soon, Steve Jobs’ vision will be embedded in the next generation of iPhone.
The iPhone and iPods are not mere devices for a person’s convenience; they became innovative gadgets that can do so much more. The devices were linked with other Apple’s technologies allowing users to get more than what they paid for.
Steve Jobs made a remarkable contribution in the realm of information technology that greatly affected the way we conduct our lives everyday.
Steve Jobs passed away but he left the world with permanent changes that will be always be attributed to his greatness.
Steve Jobs is known as a visionary and a genius. It is not surprising that he have rendered valuable contribution to the society, specifically in the IT world.
Who would forget how Steve Jobs and his friend Steve Wozniak when they came up with Apple II and how this personal computer transformed how people work 1980s. If it wasn’t for the invention of the two, we would never know how beneficial computers can be in our daily lives and professional careers.
It seems that Steve Jobs put everything in order before he died. Yesterday, one of the greatest minds in the IT world that brought great changes quietly died last Oct. 5 in his home surrounded by his beloved family. His physical body may leave this world but his legacy will not.
